Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all bundles, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We know it takes time to evaluate how a supplement works for your unique needs, and we want to give you adequate time to experience the benefits.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please reach out to us first so we can guide you through the process properly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We'll provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package once your return request is approved.

Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We'll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or promotional bundles
  • Gift cards
  • Opened personal care items (though our Moringa capsules can be returned even if opened)

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning your current item and placing a new order for the desired product once your return is processed.

European Union Customers

EU customers enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period and may cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
